The Horas+ Extra PT app does not collect, store, or share personally identifiable information (such as name, email, phone number, or precise location).

Only non-identifiable data is collected through the Google AdMob ad network, related to:

• Ad interactions
• Technical device data (model, operating system, language)
• Advertising identifiers, if authorized by the user

2. Purpose of Processing

The data collected by AdMob is used exclusively for:

• Displaying ads (personalized or not, according to the user's choice)
• Anonymous usage statistics (related to ads)

The app does not use the data for any other purpose.

3. Consent and Control

On first launch, the user can choose whether to receive personalized ads or only non-personalized ads (via Google User Messaging Platform). The user can change this decision at any time through the “Manage ad consent” option available in the app. You can also clear saved preferences by removing and reinstalling the app.

4. Data Sharing

The collected data is processed directly by Google AdMob and subject to the Google Privacy Policy. The app’s author has no access to users’ personal data.

5. Security

The app does not store personal information on devices nor send additional data to external servers.

6. User Rights

Under GDPR, users have the right to:

• Withdraw or modify consent given for personalized ads
• Request additional information directly from Google regarding data processing
